How Hard are you Working Out?

I am on week three of my Built for Show routine. I am feeling good, and ready to go back to the gym tomorrow. I have done one little tweak to the Built For Show routine, instead of going to the gym three times a week, I am going four times a week.

I am planning on posting my progress here shortly.

On other news, I am studying to become a certified personal trainer! I don’t know how long this will take me though, since I have quite a few project going on at the same time.
