Blog entry number 1. Welcome!

This is my first posting to this blog, The workout blog, which I simply created to document my progress and to share with everyone out there what is working out for me, and what really does not do me any good.

I am not a fitness expert, nor do I have a great body. I am just an average Joe committed to getting the most out of my workout.
I intend to share with everyone my research, but just keep in mind
that I am not expert!!!

I have a hard time controlling what I eat (although I am not overweight) this is a major challenge for me. So expect to read about nutrition, and how I am planning to stick to my diet plan (I am going to be counting carbs, proteins, fats and calories).

I am also going to share with you the actual exercises I am doing and more, so bookmark this blog, or subscribe.
