90 day Challenge Continued.

It’s been 18 days of training! I am happy with my results so far. I must admit, however that turning into one of those people with perfect bodies as usually advertised in those 90 day programs looks like a distant me. If you do not know what I am talking about, 18 days ago I decided to start my own 90 day program. I would put myself through physical training along with a well balanced diet that I designed specially for myself.

The idea is to see what can really be accomplished within 90 days. What results are realistic, and what is simply impossible. I intend to share with everyone the results of my little experiment along with the steps you can follow to try it yourself.

I know that everything is possible. Sadly everything that is worthwhile takes time. Relationships grow through time, friendships form through time, and your body (and mine) change through time. It takes effort and commitment, but success is possible.

I am at 169 pounds, right on track!!!
