90 Days, quick update!
Today is day number 62 of my 90 day challenge (where I want to see how much I can improve in this relatively short period of time).
My initial weight was about 167 lbs, today I am at 173, most of which is muscle. There is some body fat, which I will focus on getting rid off during this month. I decided that I will post my picture on day 90.
My program is working out quite well, just in time for summer!

I finished my 90 day workout just a few weeks ago and now Im off to do another series of workouts! Hope to see more results
