Hello! It’s day 37 out 90 in my journey to a new me. Working out and measuring my progress has really been more than just about my body. I am not going to lie, sticking to my plan requires a lot out of me. So far these are a few of the things I can tell you about any training program or routine you try:
- You need to have a goal.
- You need to have a way to measure your progress towards your goal.
- You must make adjustments to your program as you long if you want to reach your goal.
- When you think you can’t do it, think that victory is really not that far.
Oh, yeah.. my progress so far:
171.4 lbs (I was 169 March 10) This is great. I should post a pic of myself, although I am heavier, I look better, I have no stomach. My chest, arms, legs and butt have all gained volume… and I still have 53 days to go. I plan on posting a pic half way there (next week). Thank you for being my witness.

I have a goal to run a 5K in May. Right now I’m up to a mile, so I hoping I’ll be ready!
