My Goals

I have always struggled with my weight. Unlike many, my challenge was always gaining weight rather than losing it. I have been working out for a while now and you can see my pictures below. I know I look skinny, but believe or not, I have made some progress.

My plan is to gain a pound a week (I am about 8 pounds heavier on the second picture).

My current weight is 166 lbs. (I am 6ft tall). My goal for next week is 167 lbs. I have not been able to find an easy way to build muscle and look great but I am determined to improve the way I look by eating right, exercising, and being patient (yes, it takes time).
