		<description>Some detractors to today&#039;s Yoga in America say it isn&#039;t anything like it was when it originated.  That is true, but it is awesome for our bodies!  It&#039;s great for stabilizer muscles and range of motion.  It doesn&#039;t burn near as many calories traditional workouts so it should be incorporated with other traditional workouts.
